Need Radio player code + Help

I need a radio player code as title says cant find one that works for me ;l

Also, i have a problem i connect using sam and my shoutcast is 128 kbps unlimited bandwidth and then it says 'unable to transfer data fast enough'
so i tried connecting at a lower bit rate still the same?
whats this mean lols?
