PSP Headset and Black remote..

I just got official PSP Remote & headphones for the PSP headset for me to play Socom. Anyway, the remote is all black along with the headphones..I actually thought it was suppost to be white. Anyway, When i play online, i try to talk on socom and no one hears me..but when i listen to music it works like up and down volume and changing the song etc. What is it? The headset? My brother used them and they worked before...

Have you opened teh ports for Voip on socom?
on your router.
Or are you the one whp steals it also what button you pressing?

What do you mean open up the ports on my router? And i have my own router thank you. And when im in the lobby i press the L button and when im in gameplay, i press the O button..
