Hello,

I've been on contract with Vodafone for just over 2 weeks now. I'm given 500 free texts and 200 free minutes a month aswell as the LG Chocolate handset for free at £30 a month.

I registered to the Vodafone website so that I could take a look at my bill online. I understand you can't view your bill until month 2 and onwards. However, there is a page, once you are logged into your Vodafone account, named Unbilled Calls.

The page gives me a table showing me what calls I have made and what text messages I have sent.

It says that I've made 35 minutes worth of phone calls in February so far and 4 minutes in January. However, further down it says that I've used 20 minutes from my bundle from both January and February. Surely it should say that I've used 39 minutes from my bundle, this being the total of January and February's minutes used.

Does that mean that I'm going to be billed 15 minutes worth of calls aswell as the £30 I pay per month? It makes no sense, because if it did, why? I'm given 200 minutes a month and haven't gone anywhere near beyond them.

I've taken a screenshot of the page to help you understand what I'm saying:

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Oli

It looks like what your saying is right, your going to be billed 2.94 for the calls that havent came out of your bundle i guess.

Best option is to phone up vodaphone customer service and explain the situation and see what they say.

Excuse me

you have a problem with a phone so you're going to talk to someone over the phone who will probably talk to someone else through a phone and so on.

phones have taken over our lives.

go to the shop and explain.
