Ok, ever since I was in grade 6 I think, I've weighed 95 pounds. (I know, im light) But surprisingly, im not skinny. I'm 5'3" and I think theres somethign wrong with me. Some of my friends, are shorter than me, although I weigh LESS? weird isnt it..

Also, I have fat over my stomach that I want to get rid of.. Any plans that I can actually stick to?
I have a benchpress, a stepper, a manual tredmill(the ones that dont move on their own) and those bike things.
If someone could give me a daily or weekly plan I could use, I'd be greatful =)


Oh, my eating patterns are weird too..
Once I eat, half an hour later, I'm already looking for food, even though Im not hungry?

Thats not the only thing either.. Im fat, so how does that add up?

Looks like you got no muscle?
Try E-Mailing Connextions Direct and get a good diet time table, as people here would just give you one of the top of their heads..

You mention you're 5ft 3, so when you grow into your maximum height your fat over your stomach will level out.

And about the eating thing, I do that, becase I'll eat out of pure boredom, so try and entertain yourself.

if im stressed i eat and when im bored its pretymuch normal just entertain yourself lol

youre like me, im 5 foot 4 with a bit of extra fat but im still technically underweight.

you could adopt my plan of see what happens at the end of puberty then do something about it, alternatively 10 press ups before bed and a few sit ups is a good exercise plan which will build you muscles for life.

sit ups are the best thing to get rid of a belly like that, I used to have that and I did 4 weeks of sit ups everyday (I did around 100 a day) and it soon went ^_^

I still do them now, just to make sure it doesn't sneak back up on me.

I never gain a pound over 100, I wouldent worry, and I eat LOADS.
