you cant copyright the matrial / content as half of it belongs to suzilake. athogh he could copyrigh the layout etc. Athogh its ovios it ahsnt been done. copyrighting cost big, and many just seem to think if u ad the symble its done. even thogh its nothing, without the legal documention

Actually Mentor you are incorrect, as if you make something then YOU own the copyright to it automatically. The content has been written ourselves and although its is clear some of the images belong to sulake the content was written by us and so is copyright to us!

athogh it is classed as yoru property, it canot stand up in coart. if somone riped off your content, and the rest of your site. then copyrighted it to them slves by adding a symble, would that own copyright to it? could u sue them for breaching it? nope cuz it would be your word aganst theres. They could even sue you for using it.
Copyright reques a legal contract. yoru sites content to be archived and stored in a secire .location.

The proccess would cost about £100 or so. In the USA its even more complex as it ahs to be run threw at a fedral level sent of the the govemnt etc,. uk it can be done more localy

ive just done a bit of resech, turns out your more correct. my confusion came to the www being an intenational arina and copyrights applied to breaches in other contries etc, which has got me confused with the amercan ways etc.

You can copyright any site at www.copyright.gov it costs about £30 for small sites such of habbo sites

Errrm, you cant copyright copyright.

Habbo has copyright over every Habbo related thing. If you copyright content that is deffinately something to do with Habbo, you will be sued for copyrighting an already copyrighted thing. It is like stealing and claiming it as yourself while copyrighting it.

The layout is not stolen it is different the whole coding is completly different and parts of this website were under development before habboglobe however we left it and came back to it later,

BTW Guys don't come here talking about copyright your confusing yourselves by giving USA websites, THE SITE IS OWNED BY UK PEOPLE AND HOSTED IN UK therefore UK copyright laws apply,

You DO NOT have to pay to copyright something, the CONTENT does not mean sulakes images it means all the content we have written for the site and the layout is ours as we made it, the fact that we use thinks that sulake own IS allowed as stated in sulakes disclaimer, If we could not use images from habbo what would be the point

I love hab-worlds layouts there colours are diff then other sites and I dont know why the layout reminds ppl of Habboglobe coz habboglobes layout it absolutely different and rubbish lol

I hate no right clicking things, they achieve nothing there are thousands of ways round it if anyone wants ur stuff anyway and they just look stupid :)
