Player support feedback poll, what more can I say?

I'm being nice to them as I usually get a decent reply.

Oh this hasn't been posted on homepage yet, but I got it by looking at RSS feeds.

I basically sent what I thought.

I also added "If i've got a important question, I use the parent option. For some reason they are flagged as a higher priority."

Yep, I appreciate that they get 100's of emails a day etc.

But if I can edit 150+ alterations, upload them to habbox one by one and and stick them in relevant categories in the space of an hour and a half then maybe I should work in the offices :P

Why does it take 72 hours (maybe longer) just to get a reply? At previous jobs i've worked at the customer support team should have had any problems resolved within 24 hours!!
