how to ste up a IP site.

I was noticing that Invent, when he shows his layouts and sites its all hosted on his IP, like http://80.156.70 etc. Does anyone know how to set one up? + REP

Thats just the ip to his server or his home pc.

so if i put the ip tomy pc, and put a folder on my desktop and did like http://MYIP/FOLDER it would show the folder thats on my desktop?

Its just running apache... Install apache, php and mysql - phptriad installed them all at once.
