i don't know, even though i'm gay myself i've always seen it as a man and a woman get married. i don't know, i find it hard to put into words. i mean if two men or two women do want to get married, and i knew trhem by all means i'd back them up, i just can't ever see myself doing it really, as in my eyes it just seems weird.

Probably not, as most people round here are white athiests.
And I only know two people of a different race, and they are both female.
But if I met someone and fell in love with them then yes, I suppose I would.

I would definately date/marry someone who had faith in a religion because it's a good attribute to have in my opinion, although I would happily date/marry a non-religious person.
I agree with Bens post, gay marriages shouldn't be allowed.

It's down to the persons personality in my opinion

to be honest, i've only ever been really attracted to white people, and the odd half-cast person. i don't ever recall fancying a black person or a muslim/hindu etc.
and even if i did - i'd never date them. a large section of my family wouldn't like it, nor would my friends.

Depends on the race/religion really. Im not racist to anyone, but there's certain culture I dont connect with.

I would, but the chances are I won't.
Y'all can see in the UK there's a big division between the different communities, so I'm more likely to meet and socialise with white girls.
Although my school is like 40% ethnic minorities, and like 30% Muslim.

Probably not, I don't really find non-whites that attractive, and I'm very picky even when looking at honky girls. Religion not a problem really, as long as it doesn't stop me from doing what I want.
mmhmm.

and I could see myself dating an Asian guy, I think Korean guys are pretty good looking... maybe not a black guy though... I dunno I think I'd have to make a decision based on the person.

so you won't date someone of another race/religion because your family/friends won't like it? if they really love you they would accept whoever you choose, be it a person of a different race/religion or not. sorry, i'm not having a go at you. just thought i'd say something about the situation.
and for me myself, yeah, sure. race is definitely fine, infact i don't like my own race, i'd rather be with someone of another race. but religion, maybe not. conflicts usually occur because two different religions have different views on things and all.

My Uncle is Muslim and my Aunty is Christian. They have a good marriage. =]
I don't see race/religion as a problem tbh.

well i'm glad to hear that. in certain cases, yes, it can work out. but most of the time it doesn't imo. i don't see religion as a problem either, but i'm just afraid of all the silly conflicts that will arise due to this. just because someone is of a different religion doesn't mean i will strike off their name immediately, i just get more precautious.

I would certainly go out with someone of a different race.
But where it comes to religion, i'd have to say no.
Because I am an atheist and I really do not believe in God. I think if a Religious person went out with an Atheist the religious person would find it really hard.
Also you never know what religious traditions they may want to follow.
Btw this DOES include Christians. I just wouldn't want to insult them by thinking what they believe is aload of crap [no offence to any religous people out there, I do understand why people are religious, and respect you for it as long as you respect people who aren't religious].

does it really matter? sounds like you're against one of the religions, or both. my guess is that there was no religious ceremony.

I'd definately get with a black lass, aslong as they wern't like proper black if you get what I mean?
But when I say black, that don't include asians. Nothing against them but I just don't think asian lasses are good looking.
Religion is a whole different story though, if she were really fit and she was a muslim for example, then nahhhh.

no i wouldn't. i might marry them if i really loved them, but i wouldn't risk losing friends and family for a relationship that might not last.

i personally don't find black men attractive, it's nothing racist.. but they do nothing for me. mixed race however, do. i think i am bound to marry a mixed race man eventually;
so yeah, i have no problems with race & religon.
my parents, however, do.
