What do I change that to?
as I get an error http://no-neck.freecpanelhosting.net/usersystem/upload/login.php

It's a licence thing and it isn't registered to your site.

I suggest buying a licence or try nulling it (nulling is not the way to go)

lock{} must be an custom function which has probaly been set in another file which you need to find and include or "it wont work"
