It shows it in IE, but the content box isn't straight and equal in IE, if you know what i mean.. if not uploaded it.. one sec.

That's got absolutly nothing to do with it.

In IE it works fine, ooer, though not in firefox.
Maybe it's because of the drop down menu, in firefox hffm.co.uk's drop down looks odd.

It's messed up in my IE..
Some images from nav are missing too
Plus Centre page cannt be displayed.

You're gonna need to read some HTML tutorials and re-code it. I'm not going to even attempt to supply a quick-fix for a document with 17 body tags.

You shouldn't put a header etc. on a document which is being included further on into the page. You should just put the HTML supposed to appear there, as the browser doesn't know that file was "included" etc.

Aesthetically, in Firefox, the only problem seems to be the base of the navigation. It expands to the size of the content box, is that intended?
