Never seen before v12 Furni?

I was looking through the sprites and I found some weird sprite codes

Now I thought I have never seen this furni before, so I investigated it furthur and managed to get shots of the furnis.

Right the Q is when I went on Habbo before, they came up in a packet log (the sprites). Why though? Does this mean they are already in the catalogue ready or something?

Anyone know what the X~D Packet/Header is?

Yeah, the furni is getting more Sim-lake but it is a whole lot better than before. :P
Can you stack anything on the hedges?
