Okay a few months back i started my Site Panel project.

It was going pretty well but then i was getting flamed by people becuase the Skin sucked, then i stopped making it.

I still have all the files, so i could carry on all i need is a nice skin for it.

I can offer 8HC in Habbo (Sorry PayPal's emtpy)

Could't you use includes? eg you carry one with the thing and put in an include on every page you make, making it include a style sheet what you can edit at any time?
