Sell all the stuff you can to try and get to about 1.2Mil, Buy D2H for around 1.1-1.2 then sell for 1.3-1.4 Not much profit but it will get you on your way, when you get to about 2Mil try buying whips for 1.7-1.75 and sell for 1.8-1.85
Again not alot of profit thie whip method also works with torags.
When you get to about 3.8Mil you can buy full gilded for roughly 3.7-3.8Mil if you buy in parts, a full set will sell for 4.3-4.5 big profit :)

I would suggest doing the gilded armour method untill you get to 12Mil it will take time but it is worth it.

You could just alch to get your mage level up and not lose all the cash as what you do when you tele?...

alching is far better than tele'ing

its not a waste of runes because depending on what you alc you make enough money to buy more runes :]
