As for the fire, two chemicals could have been shot from glands in the mouth, and when they mixed out side of the dragons mouth fire was made... anyway!

:p you havent seen many dragons, there is an endlest list of dragon types. They can be 2 legged, 4 legged even no legged!

You do have a point,It would have been some form of Respiration that crated fire, instead of just our normal bodly functions of loosing water.
