Because the font thing won't work straight from my host and it only works when the fonts are installed on ones computer, is there a way for a font to install maybe in temp files so the font can be seen on site but the user doesnt have to deal with any download popup/alert things.
Cheers

Yes; there is but it's pretty pointless unless you're using that font all throughout the template.
If you're using it for one little bit of your template then why not use GD which is an image creator of that font that you put into the PHP.
Example is:

yes that would be good but could it be modified to display the DJ Says like that and could you help me ;)
All you'd have to do is put the image in marquee tags ;)

It'd be better if you learnt it yourself :) It's not difficult at all, a good guide it on a Wikibook I use at http://hudzilla.org/phpwiki/index.php?title=How_to_output_images_from_PHP.
