to be honest the main thing here i find worrying is the "Do you agree with being sexually active with another human being whilst under 16"... it kinda implys people under 16 are supposedly sexualy active with somthing else, which isnt good, especaly if they have pets...

Well obviously it depends on your own age... I mean I'm 17 now so I shouldn't be getting head off 14 year olds, but a couple of years ago that wouldn't have been an issue.

at the end of the day it's your decision. i don't think it's right for laws to be telling you when you're ready to have sex.

I don't know really. I would guess that i would be okay for them to do it, as long as they were both sensible about it, and were both ready, so one/both weren't pressured into doing it, either by the other person or by the feel to do it because everyone else is.

But, i think if they are really young, obviously they shouldn't doing it, but if they are about 14/15, i would think it would be okay, if i like said above, they were ready & sensible.

I think it should be the persons decision when they turn 15. 15 seems to be an age when people are really maturing and can take responsibility for their actions. I personally don't have sex but I don't mind if others do, it's their bodies.
