Site Coder/Developer needed

Neuronic and I are currently on the look out for a Website Coder/Developer for an upcoming fansite. The person needs to be able to put a great deal into the maintainance and upbringing of the site, for example:
+ Member System
+ Personalised PHP Scripts
+ Template coding
The requirements/criteria for this job are:
+ Must have knowledge of a number of languages for example (CSS, PHP xHTML etc)
+ Must have experience of running a site
+ Must be prepared to work and put full effort into the site
This person must be online for a reasonable amount of time per night as we will be discussing updates and future ideas with our management team. We will then act on this to maintain the site at a good standard.
