How to make things in IE padge width? in MF it's style="width: 100%;" but in IE that doesn't work :o

I haven't done it yet and I had an idea of tiling gothic rails across the bottom of a halloween layout. BUT I haven't done this as of yet. I don't plan to anymore either.
