you don't just get a server for free, you have to BUY game servers.

There are two options:
Buy a server that will nearly always be up and wont cause you to lag while gaming unless you have a spare pc.
Set up your own server that is only up when you have your pc online.

http://www.cstrike-planet.com/tutorial/1/3 is exactly how to do it, i wouldn't run it on your PC though, make sure its on a spare or say your laptop like mine :)

Just buy a gameserver or go on our servers. That are you options considering your laugh your *** of at the fact that your sister using the laptop. Learn to finish sentences with full stops rather than random laughter.

Go to http://www.portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Counter_Strike/Counter_Strikeindex.htm

Select your router.

Follow the steps.

Then Steam -> Tools -> Source Dedicated Server.

Make the server, click start server and vwalla.
