Ok i need questions answering for a level 3 clue...
What quest for a rune war hammer
What lvl for fishing guild

fishing guild is lvl 68, but does the clue say in front of the entrance ?
coz if its in front, you dont need the lvl to go in ;)

68 to get in, 63 with admiral pie or 65 with fishing pot. ;)

Umm, the quest for you to be able to wield claws is Troll stronghold I believe.
To get rune claws you will need to buy off other players or make yourself, goodluck!

You don't have to do a quest for a rune hammer I think, it's hard to get one from a player though. :(

rune claws are going to set you back a fair bit, they will probably be very difficult to buy from other players, as i havent seen that many around.

a friend with very high smithing would be better. and you have to do certain quests to make / wield claws, though i cannot remember for the life of me which one it is.

i dont think its troll stronghold as someone mentioned, i might be wrong though so dont take my word for it

That's odd, the clue I know says you need a rune warhammer at the fishing guild bank. =/
