Tried redownloading? Basically XACT is a new sound engine they tried to implement badly but I dunno why its not installing for you.

It has installed when you double click on the icon of warrock that message thing pops but thanks im gonna reinstall it :D

Try this only a suggestion though:
C://ProgramFiles/WarRock/ and delete your audio folder.
