Flash in bravenet

ok so im making a bravehost site, i would really like my .swfs on the site, bravenet even says freehosting can upload .swfs i just wondered how you go them onto the page. Ive tried using the publish function on Flash (8 pro) and that just never loads. any ideas or am i *****ed?

ok, ill be a bit more specific, i need a free hosting kinda thing, dont mind ad's but no pop ups, i need to be able to embed flash on it. I cant do HTML and dont know anyone who can do it so a built in thing on it to design the layout etc.
