Ok, im currently thinking about buying my own Vbulletin. Now, Habbo forums (other than the ones already known) dont work out, what else could i do it about and make it popular? Thanks and +rep for any DECENT idea

Don't do a teen forum as they're are loads of teen forums around and the main 4 are hard to beat - http://www.teenageforums.com/, http://www.cool-teens.com/, http://www.cool-teens.com/ and http://www.golivewire.com/.
