MOD Jobs on new VB forum

Hey, I need staff for www.pycan.com/forum

I need MODs who will be dedicated, at least one once a day, and do there job correctly. Its just opend the forum.

I also need super mods, just fill in the same form on there.

You don't need any mods, you have 3 admins and only 6 members, hmmm ratio of member to mod 3:3 and then one of them other members is a super mod so you have more staff then members.

If i didnt need any mods, i wouldnt of said.

lol ask any one of this forum with any brains and has past xp of running forums, you dont hire mods until you have atleast 50 members normaly around 100, because the admin/admins can mod a board with less then a 100 members.

Wth is the point of hiring MOD's now? My forum has 600+ active members atm and we still don't really need them.

If you only have about 7 members [Inc. Admins] you DON'T need to hire mods.

Hiring mods, for the fact as there no different to normal users really? eccept they can moderate the forum. Hiring mods at this stage eys, may be wrong. But hey, they post dont they? it will make other users sign up. I only want 5 MODs at this time till i get 100+ members.
