Fletching or any other skill is same as any..

If i was gunna get defense up i'd still need to kill NPC's, but with fletching i'd still need to fletch a bow?

Crans, even though you can semi buy smithing, it still takes effort, to shut every1 up about you buying everything get 80+ smithing =) would be helpful to alot of people on here and would also get you more respect =)

Well if you got 99 in other things like defence etc. You'd still have nothing to do apart from, buying buyable skills. So do it in any order you like.

Cannon + Balls = Mega loads of xp. (If you shoot lower leveled monsters so you keep hitting them high.)
