root access, giving that to ppl is bad, if so many people order that you wont know what 1 own3d ur site by changing everyones pwd then the root pwd, ur tbhost.co.uk pwd etc.

Its a VPS, its separate..

They are VPS Root Access means you have your own access and are able to give to who you wish

Thoose don't look to bad, however your first one says you can get Cpanel for an extra £8? However if you did you would be overloading the server quite alot as you require about 256 memory for Cpanel to run successfully without crashing.

Just a quick note:

"It is very hard to find the two words 'cheap' and 'reliable' together." Basically in english you get what you pay for e.g. more expensive, the more reliable. This is not always the case though but it's rare.
