very nice +rep, although I dont like the outer glow on the top left of the banner, maybe make it less noticable.

redtom what are you on about ? lol and the person who pmed me asking me what i made it with I used Adobe Photoshop CS2 EDIT: ohh I donno I dont think I put an outer glow lemme check the psd EDIT2: nope no outer glow
and lol I need better stock to use on sites if you know any free royality free sites to use stock from please post

There is some sort of glow on it, well for me there is :s

Thats alot of scanlines & dots ;P

Anyway, I think its alright at some places like the plan boxes where you cut a square out in the box theres too much effects noticeble, go easy on the drop shadow.
Another hint I would like to share with you is the navigation, I think it would look better if you would make the 'rollover background' that blue shade you used on other area's.
Anyway Try and fill up the header a litle bit more, with fictive content like 'monthly special deal' or a domain registration bit.
Myn's not perfect but look at the header, u could fill it up with this kind of stuff:

Hmm the blue shade clashes TOO much And I was going too get rid of that cut out but I had different Ideas and forgot THANKS :P And ill Add some WIzz
