When there is too many lag it may happen, it is just a client mistake because toons of peaples are trying to get in at same time so it makes a lot of lag in the client poup and loads wrong the window, sometimes instead of that the fonts get busted too or something else happens, jusr re-login and it will be fixed.

or login_name it was wierd.

Hi, As someone said above, its simply the client loader not connecting to the external text file, its perfectly normal when the hotel is expieriancing problems.
