Erm... I've never really had anything that bad.

I used to always get grounded when I was young, but my mum's a soft touch and would let me out after dinner anyway lol. I've never had my computer or laptop taken away from me - but they have threatened.

My dad also once threatened to take away my phone, but he knew better than to do that as it is simply... my life - haha. :P

Erm.... I never really done a lot of bad stuff to get punished anyway, so I don't really have one! :)

Nothing really. When i lived with my ******* of a mum she used to ground me sometimes (she left when i was 10?) and urm, we (me and my twin) would always wind her up until she lost her temper and literally forced us out the door = reverse physcology.

I always argue with my dad, and I have a sharp tongue so i wind him up when we argue. He's told me to get out tons, thinking i wouldn't leave and i do really, it's fun! Just walk about and stuff. Once he literally chased me for about 2 hours trying to get me back in?

And urm sometimes when i wind my dad up too much, he once tryed to hit me or something... i think it made it worse when i laughed at him.

Worse thing PC related was when my dad stole my keyboard and hid it in his room, i turned the pc on and used my on-screen keyboard until he was asleep and stole the keyboard back and his shoes, and tossed all of them outside.

My Mum and Dad don't punish me much. They used to threaten to not let me on the PC if I continued to get bad test results a few years ago, but I pulled my socks up and got some good grades, so I don't get threatened by that now.

My parents use the internet threat all the time but it doesn't bother me as they never ground me so I'll just go out.

There isn't anything my parents can really punish me with as they don't bother because if they take the internet it has no effect.

Seriously, people never learn!?
If they beat you, no matter how sore it is LAUGH AT THEM, they're stop it as you're punishing them back; and it makes them more angrier. If they ground you, try to act helpful and cheery, be in their face constantly smiling, tidying up and breaking the hoover, cleaning the dishes and smashing them.

It works, they'll unground you in minutes.

My dad doesn't and hasn't done anything lately, now I'm 16. Although we have verbal shouting matchs constantly, he says i'm arrogant, stuck up, snootish, annoying, full of myself. Most of it is true, he just doesn't like it that i'm smarter than him. I still love him rly!

when i was 7 i forgot i could only have an hour on the computer a day and when my dad came home he was said how long have you been on there i said since i got home from school so he grabbed me and threw me across the room. i guess that counts as child abuse cause that wasnt the only time that sort of thing happened like when i was two-three he hit me and my mum with a chair

I didn't really get punished as a child. I think the worst one was sitting on the stairs for an hour when I went out without permission or telling anyone where I was. I was probably about eight years old.

My Mum did a child physchology course while she was pregnant with me and practised a technique she learnt about called reserve physcology on me while I was growing up. She would put me under the illusion that if I was misbehaved it wouldn't bother her, according to her course children only misbehave to rebel against their parents, authority and the rules... and it's worked. I very rarely misbehaved or got in trouble.
