Both are correct dependant on the context of the word.

For instance, if it was "Is animal testing right" the opposite would be wrong.

Whereas, if it was "I used my right hand to wave" the opposite would be left.

It depends on the context.
In the situation where a teacher tells a boy after he answered a question "You are right" The opposite to Right there would be the word Wrong.

In the situation where a person says "It's the first door on your right" The opposite to the word right would be the word left.
