What age can I get my mole on my neck removed, I'm getting it checked on Thursday and fear it could be cancerous. Last year it was a brown colour now its really growing red. What age can it be removed and what method do they use.

i'm pretty sure its any age with consent..

and I think they cut it out somehow whilst under local anesthetic

Hmm i dont really know... I think its any age cos a guy at my old school one day didnt have a mole. He said he ripped it off but im pretty sure it was removed, and he was like 12 at the time.

Just see how it goes with your doctor

My sister got her mole removed at the age of fourteen...

Either you need consent from your guardians/parents, or you can get it done without? *shrugs* Don't know...

You can do it now with laser treatment. If its cancerous, they will remove it free of charge.

My cousin was 18 before she was allowed to have her nose straightened so I'd guess its 18+.

Well, my mom had a mole removed by laser treatment, or something like that, so they could do it that way too. And, i guess it can be removed at any age, because if it's cancerous, they'll have to remove it instead of keeping in there, just see what the doctor says.
