Automated Cpanel Billing System

Does anyone know where I can download a free automated billing system that automatically creates a hosting account when a customer pays for the product?

If so, could you please upload it somewhere in a zip file and tell me the URL?

NOTE: Tried AutoHost and it doesn't work on me for some reason.
