K this is a really nooby question but I can't run away from the fact I am a noob at webdesign.
Basically you change the colour of hyperlinks by using the stylesheet. What do I do to make the links black or a different colour?
{color: black; text-decoration: none; }

Something like that?

Cheers, +rep. However.. A:visited seems not to work. It is at blue, so when visited they should stay blue but they turn white. www.2hard2handle.orrg
if you don't know what you mean.

It ain't working.

Replace:

A:link {text-decoration: none; color: blue;}
A:visited {text-decoration: none; color: blue;}
A:active {text-decoration: none; color: blue;}
A:hover {text-decoration: underline; color: red;}

With:

a:link {
color: #CC0000;
font-weight:bold;
text-decoration:none;
}
a:visited {
color: #CC0000;
font-weight:bold;
text-decoration:none;
}
a:hover {
color: #00CCFF;
font-weight:bold;
text-decoration:none;
}
a:active {
color: #CC0000;
font-weight:bold;
text-decoration:none;
}

Delete this:

a.titlelink, a.titlelink:visited, a.titlelink:active {
color: #800000;
text-decoration: none;
font-weight: bold;
}

a.titlelink:hover {
color: #000000;
text-decoration: underline;
font-weight: bold;
}

a.category, a.category:visited, a.category:active {
color: #800000;
text-decoration: none;
}

a.category:hover {
color: #800000;
text-decoration: underline;
}

From the stylesheet.

if u use frontpage, right click> page properties> click the background tab and simply edit the visited, hover and active link colours to your liking then hit the OK button :]

Don't use FrontPage.

I don't use anything, as I hate frontpage and cba with dreamweaver.

Still doesn't work, I worked around it by changing the background of contenet areas to a grey so the white would show. It's still not ideal but its a good temporary solution at least.
