What do you want for your Habbo fansite?

Well, I'm starting a new project and I want to know what services you would like a website to have.

We currently have:


Habbo-text generator
Counter
Short Domain redirection
Radio Scripts (Panels, Request Scripts, etc.)What else? Ever had a good idea that you want to put into practice? Tell me about it and we'll try to make it a reality.

Flash Games - We don't have any Flash designers on the team at the moment, but we'll see :)

i would like a request script where djs could turn requests on/off for whatever reason. perhaps their busy and just streaming music and dont want requests on...... that would help, ALOT. Thanks.

If a DJ is streaming music then shouldn't s/he really be checking the requests as well?

If a DJ is busy then surely s/he shouldn't be DJ'ing.

& why would a DJ NOT want requests on?

That's a dumb idea because it cuts down on interactivity with your site and will decrease your audience deeply.

Habbo FM use it :). Actually it helps alot if a dj has booked a timeslot, can stream music on that timeslot but be busy.

HabboFM do no such thing.

They make it so if nothing is streaming; you cannot send a request in.

Oh yes they do. Ive seen it b4. Ive visited the request page and it would say (dj name here) has turned requests off for the following reason:

and i made mine so u cant send a request in either :P. I actually have a few hfm djs on msn ill ask them

You could provide links to useful websites and/or scripts.

You could also collect some scripts of websites that you feel would be popular, and then place them on your site for people to use. Of course, leaving credit to the original source of the script. Here are some various ideas:

Habbo Banner Creator - People type in what text they want on it, they choose a text style, and a background. They can choose different sized banners.

Useful Program Directory - A lot of Habbo's wonder how things are done, such as screen video recording and GIF animation. Provide links to these programs, as well as some tips on using them.

Habbo Data Collector - Allow Habbo's to type in a Habbo username, select which hotel and then view the Habbo's data.

AJAX Shoutbox - Create/Find a script that users can upload to their server that users can chat on, that also reloads when a new entry has been submitted.

"Hire-a-Coder" - There could be a big board in which advanced/professional coders can place advertisements, and Habbo's can rent them with the specified method of pay.

Submit a Code Request - Allow Habbo's/Users to submit requests for codes creating that they would like on their site. This can then be added to the script page.

Habbo Style News System - Similar to Cutenews, a MySQL DB version or a .txt file version, people can choose which to download. All of this in Habbo style, with easy instructions on placing the news somewhere on a page. An option to change the news panel skin would be nice too.

RSS Feed Grabber Script - Via a protected web-page, the owner/manager of a site could add RSS feeds. A script of some sort will then work to produce a "copy & paste" code, which users can paste there they wish the news links to be displayed.
