Adam!

Seems at the top of this it says This is a confidental document and should not be displayed to unautorised persons (Pupil, Parent and School) I shall post it here.
Individual Education Plan - Number 2
Date of IEP: Feb 07 Review Date: May 07 CoP stage: Statement (Behavioural difficulties)
Strengths:
Is able - predicted at least 5 "C's"
Can be plesent
Excellent at ICT
Is very well organised.
Causes for concern:
Has spent 18 months in a PRU (Pupil referral unit)
Finds it difficult to keep quiet, can be argumentative.
Has demonstrated innapropriate and challenging behaviour in the past.
Review of IEP: Seating plan in English and Maths not now needed.
Adam now thinks more before he speaks and is much more able to deal with situations involving staff and other students. He appears to be settling down again, and if there is a problem he doesn't like asking for help and would rather walk out of lessons/school - However a action plan has been approved with Gary for Adam to walk to the front of school where MMC will come and calm Adam down.
Programme for improvement
1) Support in every lesson and access to support and breaks and lunches
2) EBSS support
3) Support option for 4hrs/week with Vicky Jackson and MMC to catch up with subjects not studied in the last 2 years - mostly science at present.
4) M McCormick to be Key Worker.
Targets
1) To show his report to Mrs Harris and to try and get off report during next term.
2) To attend ALL lessons without fuss.
3) If Adam has a problem he is to speak to a member of staff or ask to see MMC, instead without making a fuss.
4) To continue science catchup.
Monitoring
Through white slips (Referrals), report cards and EBSS.
Help from parents
To maintain close contact with school.
Other relevent information:
It has been agreed that Adam can speak to Vicky Jackson (Year 10) at any time in school as she seems to be the only person that can "get through" to Adam when he is angry.
Adam does no longer do PE whilst RH is taking the lesson, this has the agreement of home and school.
Teaching Arrangements
In-Class support for all lessons (Behaviour)
Support Option 4 hrs/week
Access to support at breaks and lunches.
External Specialists
Andrew Henry - EBSS.
I just felt I had to post that because it said confidental lmao...
