Dj Panel Help

I am wanting to run a DJ panel on a website but there is a problem it won't submit forms ect..
But on another site it works fine

Is it..
A) PHP version on the site is too low.
B) The form coding is pants.
C) Other..

Explain what you mean by it wont submit the form.

When you press submit it refreshes but doesn't enter anything into the database or echo the Thank you message.

Yeh somtimes dat happen if u dont have right SQL like i added a diffrent database to my site it wouldent work!
