Browse through there, tell me what you think. It runs on PHP5/XML, so that's one drawback. It's just in beta, and it'll probably never be released - I'm just doing it for the hell of it.
What other things should it include? Better instructions are going to be made, I made this stuff in an hour yesterday. Download the zip file and put it on a PHP5-enabled web host to try it out and fool around with it.

you released it.
Should be controlled by mysql or some database and not XML.
Thats one drawback.

I meant it'll never see a final release :)
I used XML because it's easier to write and I know a few people whose pathetic hosts don't give them very many mysql dbs... and setting one up is a hassle for people who don't know how. I just made it clean and to the point.

but whats the point of it then? the point of a mysql and login one is so that u can have rare value people, it would be easier to just change the value on that page.

flat file ftw.
I've been using file flat a lot recently. I just started using it when Patrick asked me to make a staff system for Habbo-Paper which uses the staff's cutenews accounts. Just used simple explodes, arrays, 'an all but..meh. Does the trick :]

Flat file is good for certain things I think.
Like I wouldnt reccomend creating an entire user system out of flat-file its just not right. Its obviously possible, but a waste of time? Most hosts give atleast 5 SQL DB's now.
God, I remember when I was with 1&1 and they never even gave me FTP!

Nice.
I love futurehosting.biz now.
I only buy VPS' from now on, because all the sites Ive ever opened use alot of RAM/Bandwidth and my host always shouts at me for using too many system resources otherwise ;l
