Train on experiments in canifis if you have done the quest to access that place.

Id say advance your slayer and train your combat on some of the monsters while your doing slayer, don't go to the higher level slayer masters and you'll be fine :P.

na i had that task at 67, if ur able to wear rune u will be fine, it was 2 lobbies for every drag for me

spawn faster, quick xp, ect.
