how do you make a nice wrap.

i made some nice one today, but like
i like the kfc twisters, i want it to taste like that.
i know they de-seed the tomatos and use the whatever you call it.

i just had chicken mayo and bbq sauce, i enjoyed it for lunch and all

but how do you lot make yours

Spead Wholegrain mustrad mayo onto a wrap.
Layer slices of meat and loads of crisp, fresh lettuce, cubes of de-seeded tomato and chunks of cucumber. Drizzle olive oil in it, and then wrap up tightly.

Slice in two, and eat.
