For teachers/tutors to threaten students and sneak up behind the student and clap his/her hands above the student's head and frighten them half to death? Im asking cos thats what mine keeps doing to me. Its getting beyond a joke now. What do you think?

complain to a head of department or something. although its not physical abuse as such it certainly isn't right..

he did it again today. completely got angry at him and called him a number of names (including swear words). Then he left the room. I presumed he went to talk to a higher member of staff. Im gonna complain.
