PLEASE GET RID OF THE DAMN PRANK CALL GOOGLE ADVERT!

IT IS SO FLIPPING ANNOYING!

before habbox was ad-free.
now they're getting google ad's and are saying they can't

Exactly, I dont mind the normal Google Ads, its just that Prank Call one, its so damn annoying!

The forum hasn't changed a bit? the google adds used to be displayed at the bottom of the page but as no one clicked them down there they had to put it up there so people actualy noticed htem , Habbox VB licences and servers cost thousands , vip alone isn't enough to pay for them.

Also habbox cannot remove it unless the change the keywords for the google ads , habbox choose a few topics/ words that suite the site best and then google searchs its database and displays adds simmilar to the site , tbh im not sure why a prank add is showing ^^

I don't really have the Prank Call ad anymore, I now either have Virgin Media or Google Mail on your phone.

No habbo related fansite is as large as habbox and doesnt have as many minisites and related stuff as habbox , Habbox cost thousands a month to mentain the servers for all the forums and sites , if you go onto any actualy large forums you'd see they are packed full of adds , you should be lucky theres only one add banner a the top, if you dont like them do what i done , block the images.
Also if more people brought vip sierk might think about removing them as vip would get more money then thoose adds :rolleyes:

Just to point out, habbox can VERY easy remove the annoying adverts. They just select text ads only, as opposed to both text ads and image ads.

We can block specific ads if you report to us the url that the ad links to. But we only block ads if there is a good reason, like if they are inappropriate.

I think people complain as it is realy large and it has a yellow background :s
Also if you look at the lady youll understand why not many people like it .

I think you should make the adds blend in more like http://www.habbodiscussion.com/index.php have done you cant realy notice them :p
