Wow - that's actually extremely cool.
The ACP is great. Now they just need to add a few more features (WYSIWYG Editor would be great) and that would be one of the best places to get a free, remotely hosted board despite the fact it's not a popular forum software.

I believe they are looking into adding more features, but overall it's great free software and it will be even better once out of beta stages :D

They need a better way to make skins too.
The image set things needs to be uploadable, but I guess that would take up too much space.

Yeah it would be better, but then again it's not that big a deal. The skin thing is a little more confusing than IF but I suppose it opens up more oppurtunities for better skins?

I guess, but I still can't imagine going through there and uploading images one by one to ImageShack and putting the image there.

Other than a new skin, it doesnt seem to have made much progress away from the ipb 1.3.x system in terms of what it appears to do and alot of the interface design "/ (although i prefer the ipb one design wize)
Whats really new on it?
ps. skin system looks the same to me?

It just seems to be a skinned ipb 1.3 with no extra features.. could be big in the future though!

They haven't really made a full announcement with all the details, but there is a short wiki article with some of the features -
Categories can be collapsed and expanded, and the text boxes used to post can be resized
The list of emoticons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emoticon) can be expanded and will appear inline, as opposed to the original popup window (although the Full Posting Method allowed some emoticons to be shown inline)
Posted images are dynamically resized to fit into the post area as to not to stretch the board
A legend specifying member groups for clarity
The ability to have more than one poll in a topic
A built in themes selector allowing you to add up to 32 themes
Notification upon receiving private messages
An online/offline legend, as well as members being able to disable PM's
A revamped Admin Control Panel (ACP)
A "Report Post" control panel
"Limited Admin CP Access"[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zetaboards#_note-3)
Custom Profile fieldshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zetaboards
