That means that he has sold too many pins and they are all in use you iwll have to wiate for one pin of his to finish before you can use yours
Oh keep trying it everyday, make sure you use it before the seller :rolleyes:

if that has happened, it means he has sold more than 3 pins and they have all been activated.

best thing i can advise is to wait a few days then try again.

i can assure you that you have not been scammed. the same thing happened to me, cept i bought the pin for myself with my own phone, bit of a bummer really :(
