Broke my fingers and pulled a bunch of muscles in my neck/back

K im training for my summer sport, called Parkour, if you havnt heard of it, google it,

i practice my flips on my trampoline, but perform on normal ground.

so today i was mucking around on my trampoline, backflipped, but i slipped on takeoff, landed on my head, and fellside ways, so yeah instantly paralized. couldnt move atall for a good 20 minutes.


lol at me. I also have a fractured wrist, well stress fractures,from playing the drums too much and spending to much time on my PC (i work on computers)

I hope you get better soon! And on the subject of parkour my mate does it and he is amazing as he does gym! He's in a "crew" called the SCPK South coast Parkour or sumfin. Ever heard of it?

My mate did basically exactly the same this week. We were doing summersaults(SP?) off trampets onto the flooor, he went about 2 metres into the air, tried to turn but only went half way and missed the crash mats and landed on the wood floor onto his neck. He has been in hopital since as he was un-concious etc. Was horrible to watch.
