[Flash] Score Actionscript :s

can someone tell me the actionscript for a "score" and perhaps a tutorial on how to put it into my game, as i got a basic idea but im not too sure on how to do it, but then i dont have the actionscript... also if anyone knows how to add sound then tell me ;)
