Basically I've mastered how to get the Residential and Commercial sectors land values to very high / astronomical. However I'm having real problems raising my Industrial sectors land value.

I've tried numerous rail connections and building most of the rewards & oppurtunities that boost industrial in and around my sectors but its still really low. I've also added all the ordinances that bring in high tech companies.

Any help is appreciated and I'll try to give +rep for good ideas.

Thats you problem, they wont come if all the ordinances are on to start with, remove them all and let the dirty bussiness move in and lower industrial tax. Then slowly bring back the ordinances until you have a nice zone.

Hes pretty much said it.

When I play I alway make sure, industrial is well away from any residential or commerical lots, has ALOT of area for it to grow, make sure theres airports boats and train stations and last but not least what GTA-Any said ;]

Seems to work for me.
