How do I start Sorceress Garden?

I need to know how you start it, Ive talked to osman and the apprentice, but when I ask the apprentice to teleport me, she says shes too busy.

Tell her to practise her magic, then she'll do it.

You have to do Prince ali quest.
Then go and talk to the sorcess upstairs in the house
SE of the palace. Go upstairs talk to her
then talk to her apprentice (SP?) and then grab some beer glasses from the shelves and leave 4-5 spaces ( depending on theiving level )
then go to the "Maze" that you can get to
and not get caught by the "elements"
