Hey, im thinking of buying a treadmill
If i do buy it, i could lose 500 cals in an hour on it which could make me be 8 stone in like a year?
Current weight, nearly 12 stone
But, its really expensive and don;t know if I have any space for it, but i really want it, and advice on what to do??

might work out cheaper if you just get a membership at a local gym? and the you have a whole choice of machines to work with..

I was also going to say this. The gym is the best bet since it's cheaper and there is a range of machines to help you lose weight. People who work there can also give you help if you ask.

Get a treadmill they are very good and get you fit..

Problem they are way pricey and quite bug maybe a exercise bike would be better.

I have one, and I work out on it once a day, every day except for saturday when I'm snowboarding, for 20 minutes. I normally run every 4 minutes, and in the end I loose around 140 calories. Its acctually a pretty good workout, but I reccomend music. Some good, pump up music, especially when you're running. The TV is okay, but in the end it needs to be really loud and some times its not that entertaining when you're running.
