GTA: SA - Making a gang?

Hi. How do you make a gang on GTA SA? Like do you have to talk to people or what...?

you have to get past a certain mission i think, then go up to people from Grove Street, the ones in green clothes n tht, target them and press up on the arrows &the more respect you have the more gang members you can have

or if you use a cheat you can recruit anyone

well u need a certain amount of respect to get a certain amount of ppl, at the start i think u can get about 2first im not sure tho.

How to do it:
1) Lock on to a person (R1)
2) Press up with the arrows, NOT THE ANALOG
3)You will say somin and they will have joined ^^

Edit: @above u can do it after the first mission, i just started again and i did it, atleast i think so O.o altho u mite XD i dno now..
