Hi, lately the Hotel has been down A LOT for some people, more than a day.. I am just wondering, do you think it is fair for those people who have subscribed to Habbo Club that they have to pay for days they do not even get to play?!

well, its not cool that we miss that day but it isn't their fault
i would be really hard though...like sometimes habbo is only down for a 1/4 or 1/2 of the day...so if you kept track of every little time i'm sure it would be very confusing

I don't think it should, but it does, and it won't change, as said, it ain't all Habbo's fault it's down.

Yeah good point. When you're offline no, but if its like a big server problem yes. That's happend to me once. 15 days of hc left and I wasted 5 days since habbo was down. :eusa_wall

That's a good point.. though to be honest I'm not really bothered about it, but I can understand why some people are

Well they are meant to be running a bussiness so if they keep going down it is because they are not looking for problems before they happen, if they plan to go down they dont pick the best of times and if they are using sombody elses servers they should be talking with them to make sure they do a better job or they switch.

I think it shouldn't count, although it would be hard to maintain the right timings. That didn't really make sense, but it did in my head.

It really isn't Habbo Hotels fault, even though they are meant to be running a business, where we pay for special privalages. But sometimes Habbo isn't running properly, but it isn't their fault. So I think that it shouldn't count.
